Please follow these simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay for you and for future guests.

• No smoking indoors
  Please smoke outside only and do not throw anything out of the windows.
• No parties or events
  Please respect the building and the neighborhood.
• Respect the neighbors
  Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Number of guests
  The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.
• Pets
  Pets are only allowed if explicitly approved before arrival.
• Cleanliness
  No deep cleaning is required, but please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition (clean dishes, trash removed if possible, no garbage left on the floor).
• Equipment
  Please use all equipment with care and report any issue or damage as soon as possible.
• Safety
  Before leaving, please close the windows, turn off the lights, and switch off non-essential appliances.
• Keys / access
  Any lost key or access device must be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.
• Forgotten items
  If you leave an item behind, I can ship it back at your expense.
